- CareCredit Healthcare Financing
- CareCredit helps you cover your deductible or to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance.

Here’s a quick checklist of payment details and requests:
- When making payments, please include the patient’s name and birth date so that it’s clear for whom the payment is intended.
- Upon completion of a service or treatment, payment is due in full. If you’d like to request an adjustment of this policy, please talk to us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
- When accounts have passed 30 days, a 1.5% service charge will apply.
